Come and join our Tai Chi class every Tuesday morning at 9:45am at the Crumpsall Community Hall on Cleveland Road, Crumpsall.
All over 50's are welcome, both ladies and gentlemen.
Only £2.50 per session (plus annual membership of £10, if you're not already a member of C3A)
No special outfit is required, just wear comfortable clothing and trainers or similar footwear.
